    How to contact regarding flawed product.

    I do not see how to get a replacement or refund for the large claw. It is broken.

    This hair clip is FANTASTIC!!! It actually has a strong hold!!!! The wiring on the clip is very strong!!! Keeps my hair in place especially for thick hair!!!!! You simply can't find a high quality hair clip anywhere like this one!!! NOW I DO!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

    Wonderfully large hair clips

    I love Kitsch products so much. I have been looking for a hair clip that will grasp all of my hair when I'm washing my face or putting on makeup.
