I love my satin sleep mask. I wasn’t for sure if I would like it at first but I LOVE it. It’s soft and not tight at all. It gives just the right amount of pressure and I never even now I have it in. I never realized how much blocking out the smallest amount of light helps. I suppose it tricks my brain into going to sleep because even if my eyes are open under the mask, it’s completely dark. I have even quit taking my sleep melatonin gummies.
